The award celebrates 30 of the most impactful, meaningful and dynamic young Africans under the age of 30 in areas including business, technology, creative arts, and sports.
The award awarded by the USA magazine, Forbes Magazine, is highly respected, and it defines the work an artist or athlete has done in the year under review.
The 2025 edition featured Ghanaian Highlife, R&B and Afrobeat singer whose fantastic work throughout the year has been recognised worldwide.

The daughter of the legendary Ghanaian Highlife artist, Nana Acheampong, was included in the best 30 Africans under 30 years.
Gyakie expressed her delight and revealed how she aims to inspire other Ghanaians and Africans in general.
“This recognition is a testament to the work I’ve poured into my craft,” she said. “I hope it inspires other young Africans to chase their dreams fearlessly.”

Gyakie is unquestionably one of the most popular Ghanaian artists currently. She rose to fame when she released her song Forever, which became a hit across the globe in 2022, especially the remix with Omah Lay.
Jackline Acheampong, 25, has collaborated with Grade A artists like Diplo, R2Bees, Omah Lay, Davido, Chike, Bisa Kdei, AKA, Musah Keys and many others.
