Four people confirmed dead during Yaa Baby Frimpong’s funeral

Phillipa Frimpong a.k.a Yaa Baby’s funereal had the potential of a fatal ending because of the circumstances she died and also the friends she associated herself with when she was alive, aside from her being a social media influencer.

Her boyfriend, GHKobby, accidentally shot the 22-year-old, and she instantly died. The lovers who used to flaunt their relationship on social media visited a village near Yeji called Seker, in the Bono East Region, alongside two friends, where the killing happened.

At least 4 people lost their lives on Saturday, 5th July, per multiple reports, after an overloaded pickup truck somersaulted on its way to the cemetery where the late Yaa Baby was going to be buried. The pick had almost twenty people at the back, making driving difficult because it was heavy. Several others have also been injured and are currently receiving treatment at the hospital.

GHKobby remains in police custody, where further investigations are ongoing.
