Slovakia has never beaten England in 6 attempts. The Three Lions has won five with one ending in a draw. The two teams drew goalless in Group B of Euro 2016.

England has been very flat with their performance in the three games they have played so far. Gareth Southgate’s side has failed to live up to their huge expectations with many of their fans showing their displeasure with the team.

With only one win so far, Englad must double up their performance aginst Slovakia on Sunday afternoon to stand any chance of progressing to the quarter-finals.

It is likely Declan Rice will be partnered alongside Manchester United’s 19 year old Kobbie Mainoo in the middle. The Rice and Trent patnership failed to bloss in matchday 1 and 2.

In the final game of the group, Rice started alongside Gallagher but the partnership also failed and hence Mainoo came on in the start of the second half with many believing that the youngster is the ideal partner for the fantastic Declan Rice.

The Three Lions fans expects one of Foden and Bellingham to be dropped to the bench because they both occupy the same spaces. Cole Palmer impressed when he came on in the second half against Slovenia and will play a key role against Slovakia.

Slovakia surprised Belgium with a 1-0 win in their opening game. They took the lead against Ukraine in matchday 2 but lost 2-1. In their final game of the group, Slovakia drew 1-1 against Romania to book a place in the Round 1.

Slovakia has a great spine of Newcastle United’s Martin Drubravka, Milan Skriniar of PSG, Napoli’s Lobotka and Ondrej Duda of Hellas Verona. They expect a huge performance from these experienced players.

Slovakia has warned England of knowing their weaknesses. They fancy themselves to cause a huge upset against the Three Lions even though it won’t be easy.
