Defending champions Al Ahly on Sunday afternoon flexed their muscles in Kenya against Gor Mahia.

The Kenya champions was dismantled by the Egyptians 3-0 with an opening goal fro Rami Rabia and a brace from Percy Tau. The tie is almost over as nothing can save Gor Mahia in Cairo.

A goal each from Yan Sasse and Yassine Meriah and a brace from Youcef Belaili ensured an emphatic 4-1 away win for Esperance of Tunis against Somalian champions, Dekkeda.

Sudanese striker Mohammed Abdel Raman scored a brace for Al Hilal Oumdurman in their 2-2 draw against Ivorian side, San Pedro. Guy Bedi and Goudouss Bamba were on target for San Pedro.

Samartex at the Accra Sports Stadium drew 2-2 against Raja Casablanca of Morocco. Francis Gyetuah and Micheal Ephson scored for the Ghanaian champions as Zrida and Boulacsou got Raja’s goals.

Stade Abidjan beat Guinean side Milo 2-0 in Abdijan with Kassoum Kone and Adama Ardile Traore scoring in either half to put the Ivorians in a comfortable position ahead of the second leg.
