Micheal Kyei’s third minute strike helped Asante Kotoko take a slim 1-0 lead but Zackaria pulled parity in the second half to snatch a 1-1 draw for Berekum Chelsea.

At DR Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in Abrankese, Nations drew goalless with Hearts of Oak. Heart of Lions in Kpando also played a goalless draw game against Bibiani Gold Stars.

Medeama made it three successive wins with a 2-1 win against Basake Holy Stars in Nzema Anyinase at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Stadium. Young Apostles won 3-2 against Aduana in Wenchi to record their first ever win in the history of the GPL.
