When it comes to yearly earnings, the Portuguese forward beats his perrenial rival Lionel Messi by country mile. The Al Nasr striker, Ronaldo, per Forbes is the highest paid football in the world as he has earned $285M in the last year.

Second on the list is Argentine forward, Lionel Messi, who plays for Inter Miami in the MLS. Messi has earned $135M while Brazillian star Neymar has also earned $110M in third place.

Mohammed Salah is the highest paid African footballer with the Egyptian and Liverpool star earning $53M and sits 8th.

Senegalese forward Sadio Mane who plays for Al Nasr in Saudi Arabia is the 9th player on the list. Mane earned $52M with Kelvin De Bruyne earning ($39M) completes the list.
