Aduana Stars is the club that owns the late Dominic Frimpong, who tragically lost his life to a shooting by armed robbers who attacked Berekum Chelsea’s bus en route from Samraboi.

Week 29 of the Ghana Premier League pitted Samartex against Berekum Chelsea at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena in Samraboi.

Aduana Stars loaned Dominic to Chelsea in the second half of the season, where he was due to spend only six months. The 20-year-old officially joined the Ogya Boys on 1st January 2026.

Aduana Stars have sent a message of condolences to Berekum Chelsea and the family of Dominic and his teammates.
