All the 24 qualified teams learned their opponents for the 2025 AFCON group stage on Monday night in Rabat.
Host nation Morocco landed Comoros, Zambia and Mali in Group A.
Seven-time winners Egypt will have the opportunity to revenge the round 16th 1-0 defeat they suffered against South Africa in 2019 when they hosted the competition. Angola and Zimbabwe complete the group.
Nigeria will face Tunisia and Eastern Africa rivals Tanzania and Uganda in Group C.
Minnows Botswana will meet one of the favourites, Senegal, in Group D with Benin and DR Congo the other teams in the group.
Kwesi Appiah’s Sudan landed Algeria, Equatorial Guinea and Burkina Faso in Group E.
Defending champions Ivory Coast faces a tough test in five-time champions Cameroon, with minnows Mozambique and Gabon completing Group E.
Host nation Morocco will open the competition against Comoros on 18th December 2025.
