Bournemouth striker Antoine Semenyo has revealed that Ghana has what it takes to win against Mali and Central African Republic in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

Speaking to the press at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium where the team is preparing for the games, the in-for English-born Ghanaian forward Said, “We are ready to take the challenge, we are ready to get two wins.

Ghana sits 4th on the table and must beat Mali and CAR to boost their chances of going to the 2026 World Cup.

“I think we have a good team. We just need to win at the end of the day so we are going to train hard this week and win the first game and hopefully the second,” added Semenyo.

Antoine Semenyo is expected to form a fearsome attack alongside Mohamed Kudus, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku and Jordan Ayew in Ghana’s two games against Mali and CAR.
