The head coach of Ghana has named a 27-man quad for Ghana’s crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Mali and Central African Republic.

The squad is headed by the return of Arsenal’s central midfielder Thomas Partey. Westham’s Mohammed Kudus is included in the list alongside Leicester City’s Young Player of the Year, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku.

The biggest omission is the exclusion of the legendary Andre Dede Ayew of Le Havre.

Youngsters Ibrahim Osman of Nordsjælland, Ibrahim Sulemana of Cagliari and Kymasi Asante Kotoko’s Frederick Asare.
