Former Accra Great Olympics head coach Annor Walker has advised Ghanaian forward Mohammed Kudus to work hard and make a good name for himself instead of thinking about cash.

The Ghanaian recently secured a 55 million move from West Ham to Tottenham after a successful two-year stint at the London Stadium. The 42million pounds West Ham paid to Ajax for Kudus was a bargain considering how he entertained the West Ham fans, even though his sophomore season was not as fruitful as his debut campaign.

In an interview with Bryt FM, Annor Walker said, “Kudus faces a daunting challenge at Tottenham compared to his days at West Ham United”.

Mo Kudus hit the ground running for West Ham because David Moyes knew how to get the best out of him. He struggled in his second season because Julien Lopetegui and Graham Potter failed to improve the team.

“I will urge him to work extra hard and commit himself to succeeding at the club. It will be prudent for him to put monetary issues aside and make a name for himself at Tottenham. He should be thinking about laurels,” Walker said.

The veteran tactician urged Kudus to think about laurels for the Spurs family to always remember him.
