Accra Great Olympics has moved out of the relegation zone after a draw with Dreams FC in Accra at the Accra Sports Stadium.

On Wednesday afternoon, apart from defeat, Oly Dade was surely going to move out of the relegation danger zone.

Accra Great Olympics was the better side of the two after dominating and creating so many goal attempts. With 17 attempts on goal created by Oly Dade, the Accra-based club will rue the opportunities missed to clinch the full three points to leapfrog their cross-town rivals Accra Hearts of Oak ahead of the Ga Mantse Derby in Week 33.

Dreams FC’s lacklustre performance recently continued after being very flat on the day. With one game in hand, Karim Zito’s charges are on 42 points and 4 or 6 points in their last 3 games can guarantee them a place in the 2024-205 Ghana Premier League.

Accra Great Olympics sits 15th on the log only by a goal difference ahead of Karela United.

It will be a must-win game between Accra Hearts of Oak and Accra Great Olympics on Sunday as the winner will leave its rival near the drop zone.
