The Americans lost 1-0 on matchday three against Uruguay. Mathias Oliveira’s second half strike was enough for Uruguay to beat USA and eliminate them.
Panama secured an emphatic 3-1 win over Bolivia. Goals from Fajardo, Guerrero and Yanis helped Panama finished second to Uruguay in Group C.
