Names have been mentioned for the vacant Asante Kotoko head coach role. Not one of the names mentioned has gained enough experience in the Ghanaian and African game as Abdul-Karim Zito.
The veteran tactician joined Asante Kotoko from Dreams FC after Prosper Ogum Narteh was sacked as the club’s head coach. The decision to leave Dreams FC was difficult, but Zito could not say no to the club he played for and coached two decades ago.
