The debate about who the GOAT of football will continue forever as every football fan has/her best player.
Pele and Maradona used to be the two players the world debated over regarding the Greatest Footballer of All Time. In the late 2000s, the attention switched to Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo as indeed the Greatest Footballers of All Time.
Every pundit and football purist has his GOAT. The latest to join the long-existing debate is Fabio Capello, the former Juventus and English national team coach.
Capello has named his all-time top three football greats, with both Ronaldo’s falling outside his top three.
“The best players are Pelé, Diego Maradona, and Lionel Messi.
“Ronaldo Nazario is just behind them.
“Cristiano Ronaldo is a good player but not at this level. He scores goals, but these 3 players have extra imagination & make something you can’t understand,” Fabio Capello said
