League leaders Bibiani Gold Stars visit Karela, defending champions Samartex welcome Heart of Lions as newly promoted sides Holy Stars host Young Apostles.
The big game of the weekend will be played at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi where Asante Kotoko hosts perennial rivals Accra Hearts of Oak in the Super Clash.
