Asante Kotoko will clear its oustanding fixture against Nsoatreman at the Len Clay Sports Stadium in Obuasi on Wednesday afternoon.

The game was originally scheduled to take place in Week 2 of the new season.

It was postponed due to Nsoatreman’s involvement in the CAF Confederation Cup playoff against Algerian side Constantine.

Asante Kotoko has amassed 5 points from the 3 games played so far. Performances have been indifferent so far but the signs are good. A win over Nsoatreman will send Fabulos to the second place on the log.

Nsoatreman has been struggling lately. They have won 3 games and lost 4 in all competitions so far this season.

In the Ghana Premier League, Nsoatreman has beaten Young Apostles and lost to Accra Lions in the two games they have played. Yaw Prekoh’s men cannot afford another defeat because the fans expect more from them.

Defending champions Samartex will welcome Bibiani Gold Stars at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena in Samraboi. The game promises to be a fierce one because it is Western Region derby.
