Newly elected Member of Parliament for Juaben Constituency, Honorable Francis Owusu Akyaw, has promised to improve the livelihoods of his people after they decided to give him the power to serve.

Owusu-Akyaw was voted for by the delegates because they decided to seek changes during the NPP Parliamentary Primaries.

It was very clear he was going to win the parliamentary elections in the General elections after the incumbent Ama Pomaa Boateng, who has served three terms was dethroned.

Although it not easy to uncrown an incumbent in Ghanaian Parliamentary Primaries Elections, Owusu-Akyaw punched above his weight and was determined to not lose again against ‘Obaa noaa’.

Francis Owusu-Akyaw, now the MP for Juaben Constituency wrote on Facebook, “This new chapter presents an opportunity for us to work together to address the challenges we face and to build on the strengths of our community.

“I am committed to advocating for policies and initiatives that will foster development, improve livelihoods, and ensure a better future for all,” Hon. Francis Owusu-Akyaw added.

Owusu-Akyaw knows the battle ahead as he is supposed to satisfy all and sundry in the Constituency.

A native of Asante Juaben, the MP has promised to transform lives and also ensure a better future for all.
