Lyrical Joe’s lyrics and flow are above most of his colleague rappers on the African continent. The rapper is well known for rapping mostly in English, and you might think he was born and bred in England but rather in Accra.
On the Onua ShowTime with Nana McBrown, the rapper explained the reason why he left school to pursue music.
“I dropped out of school because of family issues and a lack of financial support, but I’ve always planned to take some short courses. It’s not like I left school just to chase music. – Lyrical Joe
29-year-old Accra-born lost his parents at the age of 12, and it is the main reason why he struggled to pursue higher education.
The rapper has promised to pursue his education through short courses because he is determined to do so.
Lyrical Joe is considered one of the most intelligent rappers currently on the African continent. His content is devoid of profane and he understands the rap game, much to the excitement of the fans of the genre.
Lyrical Joe has three albums and EPs so far in his career.
