South African giants Kaizer Chiefs are reportedly interested in acquiring Mohammed Camara, the standout goalkeeper for Asante Kotoko.
The 25-year-old Guinean international has been instrumental for the Ghanaian club since his arrival last season.
Camara significantly contributed to Kotoko’s victory in the 2024/25 FA Cup and maintained his impressive performance during their win against Chiefs in the 2025 Toyota Cup.
Although Chiefs currently have four goalkeepers—Brandon Peterson, Bruce Bvuma, Fiacre Ntwari, and Karabo Molefe—they are eager to bring Camara on board.
There are indications that initial discussions may take place with Kotoko about a possible transfer, even though Camara is under contract until June 2026.
It is still unclear whether the highly regarded goalkeeper will join the South African club, particularly as Kotoko prepares for the 2025/26 CAF Confederation Cup.
