Kevin De Bruyne insists he has not spoken to anyone about his contract
Saudi Arabia PRO League is still interested in the 33-year-old Belgian super star. The talented midfielder has been targeted by the Saudi Arabians as they bid to bring to their league some of the finest footballers in Europe like they did innthe 2023 summer.
The league already has Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema, Riyad Mahrez and N’Golo Kante among many other super stars.
It looks clear that they still want more and Manchester City’s skipper is their target for the transfer window.
De Bruyne revealed during the Euro 2024 that he would be staying at City beyond this summer and that is expected to remain the case making Man City feel relaxed.
The 33-year-old’s contract with City has entered its final year and he is expected to stay, per multiple sources.
“I’ve read a lot of headlines about a transfer but I haven’t spoken to anyone.
“It’s hard to say now [what my next move will be]. We will be sitting around the table in the coming months,” De Bruyne concluded.
Kevin De Bruyne’s words suggest he is ready to renew his contract with Manchester City but never say never as anything can happen.
