A 21-year-old worker, Kobina Manu, has been reported for stealing six boxes of chicken meat at Adehyeman Market in Kumasi, located in the Ashanti Region.

Manu, who works at Kejetia, reportedly approached a trader named Gifty Zaan and offered to assist her in transporting her boxes of chicken meat to the Afrancho trotro station.

It is claimed that when Zaan turned to grab the last two boxes to catch up with Manu, who had already taken six boxes, she was unable to find him.

That evening, the trader reportedly found Manu. It has been reported that she requested the return of the boxes, but Manu was unable to provide their location or offer a satisfactory explanation.

He was subsequently caught and taken to the Suame police. Manu appeared in court and received an 18-month prison sentence.
