After 15 years of cohabitation, Abraham Otchere has refused to marry her partner Felicia Amoako. Unhappy about the situation, Felicia accused Otchere of breaching his promise to marry her when he failed to honour an alleged marriage promise following 15 years of living as a couple.
In an initial suit, Felicia took the matter to the Asokwa-Kumasi District Court but lost and then filed an appeal at the High Court in Kumasi, which has also been dismissed.
She was seeking the court to declare her the owner of a parcel of land where they had built a five-bedroom house, which she claimed was purchased with her money.
