N’Golo Kante missed two years for the French National team due to injuries and a decision from head coach Didier Deschamps. His inclusion in the French national team for the Euro 2024 was a surprising one because no one saw it coming.

On his return to Le Blue, the midfielder has been crowned as the MVP in both France’s games against Austria and Netherlands in the ongoing Euros signalling how important he is still to the national team.

In a press conference ahead of France’s matchday 3 game against Poland, Ngolo Kante revealed that he has no answer to the calls for his return to Europe in the summer transfer window.

“That’s not a question I’m asking myself today,” Kante said. The French deputy skipper moved as a free agent from Chelsea to Al-Ittihad in the 2023 Summer Transfer Window making him one of the most highly-paid footballers in the world.

Ngolo Kante spent one season with Leicester where he won the EPL title. He moved to Chelsea in 2016 and left in 2023 meaning he has had a great time in Europe.

Many fans believe NGolo Kante has still got everything to play in Europe but he has revealed that he’s no answer to those calls.
