Pooley’s death surely will tarnish the image of the Nsoatre community. People will see them as notoriously unscrupulous because they have broken one of the spines of the Ghana Premier League.

Per reports, a 19-year-old Nsoatre fan stabbed Pooley 5 times in his upper left chest causing him to bleed severely, which led to his demise.

News being gathered from Nsoatreman FC’s camp says the club has officially withdrawn from the ongoing Ghana Premier League.

Joel Gyempeh, the Communications Director of the club, confirmed.
“The club has officially written to the Ghana Football Association, informing them of their official withdrawal from the league”.

The GFA has yet to comment on the club’s withdrawal.
