The Ghana Police Service has arrested one person, Nai Akwasi Lartey, in connection with a shooting incident at Awutu Bereku in the Central region.
The Ghana Police Service has arrested one person, Nai Akwasi Lartey, in connection with a shooting incident at Awutu Bereku in the Central region.
The incident occurred on Tuesday evening during the Awubia Festival
One Ato Odoom, who was performing with a brass band was injured during the incident.
In a statement, the Police said Mr Lartey was wielding a pump action gun with some BB cartridges which have been retrieved from the suspect.
Suspect, Nai Lartey is in Police custody assisting with investigation.
