Asante Kotoko has confirmed the signing of 23-year-old winger Philip Amoh from New Edubease on a three-year deal after completing his medical tests.

The former Pacific Heroes left-footed winger was a regular for Access Bank Division One side New Edubease, and has over 80 appearances for the two clubs, per Asante Kotoko.

Amoh spoke to the official media of Kotoko.

“I’ve earned this move. I know what I bring to the pitch, and I believe I’m ready for this level. This is a big club, and the platform here is massive, but I’m not here just to be part of the squad. I’m here to make an impact. I believe in my ability, and I’m coming in to deliver.”

How Kotoko described his qualities

Amoh is a direct and fearless wide player, known for his pace, close control, and end product in the final third. He offers a different profile on the left flank and strengthens Kotoko’s options going forward.

He is expected to be part of Kotoko’s pre-season team, where they will soon depart for South Africa to face Kaizer Chiefs.
