Young Ghanaian midfielder Ibrahim Sulemana has signed for the 2023-24 UEFA Europa League champions Atalanta Bergamo.
The 21-year -old joins the Italian side from Cagliari Calcio after impressing in the 2023-24 season.
The midfielder made 2 appearances and scored twice in the Serie A for Cagliari Calcio helping them avoid relegation last season.
His rise to the top is incredible considering he permanently joined Cagliari from Hellas Verona in the 23/24 season.
Ibrahim Sulemana moved to Italy from Sunyani in 2018 joining Atalanta before switching to Hellas Verona. The talented midfielder is back to where it all started for him in Italy.
He is expected to play a very crucial role for Gian Piero Gasperini’s Atalanta at the Gewiss Stadium in Bergamo.
