Ghana Football association president, Kurt Okraku, has thanked CAF presisent Patrice Motsepe for improving African football.

The South African who is ranked the 4th richest person in the country (1135 in the world) with an estimated worth of over $3B assumed office on 12th March 2021 and everyone can see the total transformation in African football.

“We thank President Motsepe for the enormous work he has done since he took over as the President of CAF,” Kurt Okraku said.

“We have seen the progress, the progress of his vision. As an MA President, we understand the pain of finding even 1 USD.

“Funding under President Motsepe’s leadership has increased. If you go to our countries, football development activities are happening. And that is no co-incidence. We also thank President Motsepe for his visits to Heads of States in Africa – and engage them”, Kurt added.

Patrice Motsepe is the first black billionaire in South Africa and he wants African clubs and national teams to reach the level the world will show the continent respect.

CAF members want Motsepe to continue his role as the president of African football because they have seen many improvements.

The 2023 AFCON and the 2023 African Football League are testaments to Motsepe’s job.
