Eric Bekoe has admitted he used to bet on games during his Kotoko days. Speaking ahead of the Super Clash on Sunday in Kumasi, Eric Bekoe disclosed

Eric Bekoe has admitted he used to bet on games during his Kotoko days.

Speaking ahead of the Super Clash on Sunday in Kumasi, Eric Bekoe disclosed some of the ways they used to motivate themselves ahead of the game.

He said, “Some of us way back used to go bet with our chairmen. Someone like Kwame Baah Nuakoh, I used to bet with him that I was going to score this goal so he would tell me when you score come to the Stadium Hotel for your money”

Eric Bekoe was the top scorer in the One Touch Premier League with 17 goals in 23 matches for Asante Kotoko in the 2007-08 season.

The former Petrojet striker also won the Ghana Premier League with Asante Kotoko in the 2007-08 season.

The Super Clash is less than 24 hours to be kicked off at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
