Ghana sits on top of Group I in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, where they lead Comoros in second place with three points.

In the six games played, the Black Stars have won five and lost only one. The performances aren’t that vintage, but it looks increasingly likely that they will win the group and qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup to be played in North America.

Prophet Nigel Gaisie, the founder and head pastor of Prophetic Hill Chapel has prophesied that Ghana will play in the finals of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The prophet wrote on his Facebook wall, “National prophecy… Black Stars of Ghana will qualify for the World Cup and play at the finals, prophetically!

“So shall it be, and nothing will or can change it. It is locked. I have been monitoring it spiritually; it is a done deal now”.

“They can choose to play anyhow; it is locked; they will qualify. Screenshot it… In our first game at the World Cup, Ghana will win by two goals ahead of its opponent. My name is Nigel Gaisie; I am gifted to see ahead of time. Hate me or love me… I see, and I am extremely confident about that. Go Black Stars of Ghana”.

Nigel Gaisie’s predictions have always been 50-50 as he gets some right and also gets some wrong as Ghanaians will be hoping that he will get this one right.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup will be co-hosted by the USA-CANADA-MEXICO in the summer of 2026.

Ghana will resume action later this year with fixtures against Chad and Mali in rounds 7 and 8 of the qualifiers. Victories in these two games will put the Black Stars in pole position.
