Richard Ofori Agyeman, popularly known as King Zuba, was once a sports journalist before climbing the political ladder to become the Mayor of Kumasi.
He has been spotted recently at the camp and dressing room of his beloved club, Kumasi Asante Kotoko. He has declared his immense love for the Porcupine Warriors since his sports journalism days and continues to let the whole wild world know how he cherished Asante Kotoko.
In an interview on Kessben FM, the Mayor revealed that he wants to work to satisfy his majesty Otunfuor Osei Tutu II so that the great King will appoint him as the CEO of the club, which is his burning desire.
“I want to work so well as KMA boss that Otumfuo will one day say, ‘Bring me that young man to manage my club,’” King Zuba said.
The KMA boss has promised to support Asante Kotoko to reach the level that befits the club. The Porcupine Warriors are in the finals of the MTN FA Cup and are five points behind the Premier League leaders, Nations FC, with just two rounds of fixtures to end the season.
