On Friday, across the various Venues in Ghana, round 64 of the MTN FA Cup started with Premier League side Legon Cities losing 1-0 to Home Stars at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium. Joseph Tei’s 95th-minute strike made the difference for the minnows.

Attram De Visser and Okwawu United drew 1-1 after regulation time, with Attram DV winning on penalties 3-2.

Bechem United defeated Rainmasters 6-5 on penalties after drawing 1-1 in regulation time.

 

Saturday

The action continued on Saturday afternoon with Agbozume Weavers being thrashed 6-0 by Accra Lions.

New Edubease lost 2-0 against Nations FC at Obuasi Len Clay Sports Stadium. African Talent Football Academy was beaten 1-0 at home to Kotoku Shinning Stars.

Northern City narrowly pipped WA Sore Nante 1-0, King Faisal, in the Kumasi derby, defeated Asokwa Deportivo 1-0, and Accerler8z won 1-0 against Sefwi All-Stars.

 

Sunday

On Sunday, Accra Hearts of Oak disintegrated Immigration FC 4-0. Goals from Martin Karikari, Mawuli Wayo (brace) and Stephen Appiah Asare were the scorers for the Phobians.

Asante Kotoko in their return to the famous Baba Yara Sports Stadium, beat Division One side Kwamo Future Stars 2-0 with a brace from Albert Amoah.

TF Exponential won 2-0 away at Malima FC. In all Premier League affairs, Dreams and Heart of Lions drew goallesss with the Still Believe winning 4-3 on penalties at home.

Golden Kick FC won by a lone goal at WAFA as FC Nania won 1-0 at NA God FC. Danbort eliminated Premier League side Vision by winning 2-1.

Samuel Boadu’s Berekum Chelsea destroyed Boresa by 6-0 at the Berekum Golden City Park.

Defending champions Nsoatreman defeated Techiman Heroes 1-0 to progress to the last 32.

Debibi United pulverized K.A.C Soccer Academy 3-0, Aduana lost 2-1 at home to Dormaa Unity, and Techiman Liberty Youth eliminated Bofoakwa, 2024’s runner-up, by winning 3-1.

Young Apostles and Techiman Eleven Wonders played goalless at Wenchi Park, with Apostles winning 5-4 on penalties.

Sekondi Eleven Wise beat SKYY FC 2-1, Nzema Kotoko lost 2-1 at home to Medeama SC, Cape Coast Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs enjoyed a 3-2 success on penalties after a 2-2 draw against Soccer Intellectuals, Basake Holy won 2-0 against GAP Soccer Academy and Samartex in the Western derby lost 2-0 at home to Premier League leaders Bibiani Gold Stars.
