Two Access Bank Division One League clubs and two Premier League clubs will contest the semi-finals of the MTN FA Cup.

The 2024/25 MTN FA Cup has lived up to its expectations as the lower division clubs are always expected to shock the clubs in the top tier.

Division One will be watching two of their darlings compete against each other for a golden ticket to the finals.

Golden Kick v Attram De Visser

Golden Kick has already eliminated giants Accra Hearts of Oak and the unpredictable Karela United en route to the semi-finals.

Golden Kick in the Division One zone 3 is 26 points behind the leaders, Hohoe United. The performances in League One have been indifferent, but the club has defied all odds and made it to the semi-finals of the MTN FA Cup.

The stakes are high because a place in the finals, which can guarantee you a trophy and hence a place in the 2025-26 CAF Confederation Cup, is at stake.

Golden Kick can not be underestimated because they defend pretty well after not conceding a goal against both Hearts of Oak and Karela United in round 16 and the quarter-finals of the FA Cup. Head coach of Golden Kick, Fiifi Parker Hanson, is ready to make history as he aims to do the unimaginable.

Attram De Visser is extremely confident facing their fellow Division One side. They believe the dream can continue because they eliminated the best team in the country, Bibiani Gold Stars, on penalties in round 16. In the quarter-finals, they also won on penalties against PAC Academy.

ADVSA in zone 3 of the Access Bank Division One sits in 10th place after failing to meet their target. Their target now is to qualify for the finals of the MTN FA Cup finals. Godwin Attram, the tactician for Attram De Visser, has been through an emotional roller coaster in the competition and is ready to enjoy another emotional afternoon in Tarkwa under the floodlights of the gorgeous TNA Park.
