Alhaji Yussif Abdulah, the newly elected chairman of Hearts of Oka’s National Chapters Committee and his executives visited Swalabar, the ancestral home of the club, on Tuesday morning in Kumasi.

The visit was a necessary one because a new leader for the fans and his entourage will need the blessings of the club’s spiritual home as they commence their tenure.

The landslide victory really calls for thanksgiving after Yussif brushed aside his competitors in an unbelievable manner.

Swalabar will perennially be a home where the club seek good luck and prosperity.

Chairman Yussif and his entourage visited at the right time because Hearts of Oak will renew its long-existing rivalry against Asante Kotoko on Sunday in week 9 of the Ghana Premier League at the Accra Sports Stadium.

With the league title a target for the club, victory over the Porcupine Warriors will be a great one, hence one of the reasons for the visit.

Chairman Yusif also revealed that they will visit Pobiman to motivate the team and also a mosque on Friday to pray for blessings ahead of the Super Clash.
