Ghana’s men’s U20 team will face Uganda in the grand final in Accra on Friday at 8 pm at the Accra Sports Stadium in the All African Games.

However, the fully packed weekend commences tonight at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium where Ghana will lock horns against Nigeria in the finals of the women’s football in the 13th All-African Games for glory.

Yussif Basigi and his girls have been so wonderful in the tournament after winning 3 and drawing one in the four games played so far. Ghana has scored 7 goals and conceded 3.

The Christopher Danjuma’s defending champions, Nigeria, have scored eight goals having conceded none in their three matches on the way to another African Games final.

The Falconets beat Morocco 2-0 in their first match, defeated Senegal 4-0 in their second group game and needed two second-half goals against Uganda to book their place in Thursday’s final against the hosts.

A fully packed and charged Stadium is expected in Cape Coast on Thursday night as Ghana will go all out to defeat their Nigerian counterparts.
