Ghanaian forward Antoine Semenyo, 24, has penned a 5-year contract extension with Bournemouth taking him to 2029.

The former Bristol City striker struggled in the 2022-23 season but was a hit in the 2023-24 season under Spanish head coach Andoni Iraola.

He was easily one of the best players for Bournemouth as he contributed 8 goals and 2 assists in 33 Premeir League games.

Bournemouth wrote on their X wall,
“A key member of our squad is here to stay. Five more year”.

“Another one,” Bournemouth added.

Antoine Semenyo is due to play a very key role in the upcoming season in Bournemouth’s bid to improve upon their 12th placed finish in the 2023-24 season.
