‘It’s been a dream season, a debut season for me, so thank you to the manager, the staff, the players and, of course, the fans,’ Palmer began.

‘I just came to play, showcase my abilities, my talent to the fans. But it has gone amazing, probably better than I imagined so, yeah, I’m buzzing,” added Cole Palmer.

Cole Palmer himself can’t believe how successful life has been so far for him at Chelsea after his £ 42.5 million move from Manchester City in the summer of 2023.

Many thought he never deserved the huge price Chelsea paid for his signature but the 22-year-old Cole Palmer has proved his doubters wrong.

On Tuesday night, Palmer was voted as Chelsea’s Men’s Players’ Player of the Year and Men’s Player of the Year. The youngster deservedly won the two awards as he has been so sensational for the Blues’ roller-coaster season.

In 30 Premier League games, Palmer has scored 21 goals and provided 9 assists in his debut season for Chelsea. He scored three goals and provided four assists in domestic cup competitions; EFL and FA Cups.

Cole Palmer is set to be part of Gareth Southgate’s 26-man squad to Germany for the upcoming Euro 2026 because of the incredible season he has enjoyed.
