The Ghana Police Service has offered a GH¢100,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Samuel Christopher Osei Anto, the man suspected of shooting dead two relatives at their home.
The police say Osei Anto went to the residence of George Atubiga, 57, and his niece, Irene Atubiga, 47, on Friday, October 30, 2026. Both were shot dead. The police describe him as the alleged gunman.
The reward is meant to encourage members of the public who may know the suspect’s whereabouts to come forward. The police have asked anyone with credible information to contact the nearest police station or the emergency line 191.
Investigations into the incident are continuing. Osei Anto is a suspect, not a convicted person, and the police have not said whether they have filed any charges.
