Asante Kotoko and Bibiani Gold Stars probably ended their chances of winning the Ghana Premier League after the goalless draw at Dun’s Park in Bibiani on Sunday afternoon. Both teams promised to go all out for the three points but failed to deliver. Dun’s Park was filled to its fullest capacity with huge expectations from fans of both sides. The game ended in a goalless draw, much to the delight of Nations FC.
Nations FC smashed defending champions Samartex SC at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in Abrankese into pieces. Second-half goals from Emmanuel, Faisal Charwetey and Kelvin Ampoful helped Nations secure an incredible 3-0 win over the Timber Giants.
Heart of Lions lost 3-1 at the Wenchi Town Park against Young Apostles. Basir Hayford’s side is out of the title race as they have failed to compete at the tail end of the season. Prempeh, Sakitey, and Issah’s goals in the first 20 minutes helped Young Apostles finish off Heart of Lions.

Joseph Esso’s 96th-minute penalty condemned Berekum Chelsea to a 1-0 defeat at Dreams.
