Camidoh’s hit song, Sugarcane was an instant hit as Ghanaian music fans enjoyed it the moment it was released.

He Remixed Sugarcane by featuring King Promise, Mayorkun and Darkoo and it surpassed the original version in terms of everything by reaching One hundred and seven million views on YouTube – the highest obtained by any Ghanaian artiste, showing how hit he is in the music industry.

In an interview with Melvin Da Enigma on Luv FM, the Ghanaian singer disclosed that Akon inspired his love for music.

“My love for music was inspired by Akon”, Camidoh said.

Akon is a Senegalese born American musician who has inspired millions of artiste across the globe. The ‘Mr Lonely’ hitmaker’s contributions towards many artists in the USA and Africa is beyond imagination so it’s not surprising to seem him being Camidoh’s inspiration.

Camidoh has been a top name in Ghanaian music since releasing his hit song ‘Sugarcane’. Not only in Ghana has he been successful but across the African continent and the whole wide world too.
