Week 28 of the Ghana Premier League promises to be an exciting one as Ashanti Region-based clubs Asante Kotoko and Nations FC lock horns in a crucial tie at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in Abrankese.

The three points are so precious to both sides as they are separated by just a point. Nations FC are second in the league, with Asante Kotoko sitting third.

Speaking on Akoma 87.9 FM, the experienced coach shared his thoughts as his team prepares to face the Porcupine Warriors.

“Kotoko are our senior brothers, and here in Abrankese is their home too, so it will be a difficult game,” he admitted. “But we want to build on our current form and results. It will not be easy, but the better side will win.”

“It is football,” he added. “And as I always say, the better side will win, Kasim Mingle said.

Kasim Mingle is confident his side has what it takes to face the giants in the Ashanti Region.

Asante Kotoko will quickly want to return to winning ways after being demolished 3-0 by Accra Lions.

Nations FC are certainly in contention for the title and must beat the Porcupine Warriors to be seriously considered by the doubters.
