Per reports by Flashscore, Steadfast, a Division One club in Ghana, is set to receive a whopping €7.9 million from Fatawu Issahaku’s imminent transfer from Sporting CP to Leicester City this summer.
Leicester City are expected to pay the €17 million required for Issahaku’s transfer as agreed upon with Sporting Lisbon. Steadfast will receive 7.9 million from the expected 17m Euros.
The talented forward spent three years at Steadfast before joining Dreams FC in Ghana. He joined Sporting CP in 2022 from Dreams FC for a fee reported to be in the region of 1.2 million euros. Steadfast included a 50% sell-on clause so the moment the forward joins Leicester City, they are obliged to pay €7.9 million to Steadfast.
Fatawu Issahaku has exceeded expectations at Leicester City and it is 90% likely that the Foxes will make his loan deal a permanent one.
