Dancehall star Shatta Wale has reportedly received an early birthday present from his cousin and fellow musician Fantana, who surprised him with a bra
The luxury black SUV was delivered to the musician’s Trassaco residence on the eve of his birthday, which falls on Saturday, October 17. The vehicle was reportedly driven straight from the harbour to his home, where Fantana presented the gift.
The gesture has drawn attention to the close relationship between the two artistes, whose connection extends beyond music and is also linked to Fantana’s family.
Shatta Wale has previously shown public support for Fantana, including campaigning for her mother, Dorcas Affo-Toffey, during her bid to represent the Jomoro Constituency in Parliament.
The dancehall musician has also appeared at events associated with the family. Madam Affo-Toffey, for her part, booked him to perform at the NkrumahFest concert held in Nkroful.
In response to Fantana’s generosity, Shatta Wale has reportedly promised to give her a gift of comparable value when she celebrates her birthday in July next year.
The birthday surprise has also prompted Shatta Wale to appeal to Nigerian music star Davido, popularly known as 001, to present him with a gift as he prepares to celebrate his special day.
The reported addition further expands Shatta Wale’s collection of luxury vehicles, which has been associated with high-end brands and models, including the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, Lamborghini Urus, Ferrari, Range Rover and Mercedes-Benz.
Fantana’s gesture has put the spotlight on the personal bond between the two musicians, adding a celebratory touch to Shatta Wale’s birthday preparations.
