Social media influencer, Ohemaa Dynamite has been granted bail of GH¢1 million by the Adenta Circuit Court in connection with the alleged theft of GH¢1.5 million from a safe belonging to Bishop Daniel Obinim.

The 22-year-old, whose legal name is Ohemaa Serwaa Abigail Owusu Ansah, was granted bail with two sureties to be justified. The case has been adjourned to October 28, 2026, for further proceedings.

Reports indicate that the alleged theft came to light around October 15, 2026, after Ohemaa Dynamite reportedly visited Bishop Obinim’s residence for a live session and was left at the house by the preacher.

Subsequent accounts claim that she told police she had allegedly conspired with other individuals to take the money. She was later taken to the Cantonments Police Station in connection with the case.

The matter has also drawn public attention to Prophet Ogyaba, founder of the Holiness of Christ Zion Ministry, because Ohemaa Dynamite is reportedly his goddaughter.

Prophet Ogyaba has distanced himself from the allegations, saying he was in London when news of the alleged theft emerged. He has also denied claims that he arranged police bail for her.

The case remains before the court, and the allegations against Ohemaa Dynamite have yet to be proven.

She is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty by a court of competent jurisdiction.
