Concern is growing for the family of Ernestina Oforiwaa, a young girl who has reportedly gone missing after leaving home to buy food.

According to reports, Ernestina told her family she was stepping out to get something to eat. She subsequently shared her live location with them, which showed she was around Asofa in Accra.

However, her phone has since been switched off, and efforts by her family to reach her have so far been unsuccessful. She has not returned home, and her whereabouts remain unknown.

The circumstances surrounding her disappearance are unclear. It is not yet known whether the matter has been formally reported to the police, and no official statement has been issued at the time of writing.
