According to reports, Macbeth was transporting the vehicle to Aflao, a border town in the Volta Region, where he intended to sell it for GH¢35,000.
The circumstances of how the car was taken and how police intercepted the suspect have not been made public. It is also unclear whether the vehicle has been returned to its owner. No detailed police statement was available at the time of writing.
