Ghana’s former Finance Minister and the current Economic Advisor to the President, Mr. Seth Terkper has lost his wife, Mrs. Deborah Ferguson Terkper, the family confirmed.
Mrs. Terkper passed away on 7th July 2025, in Virginia, United States.
“The Anona Ebusua of Atwereboanda, the Terkpernor family of Somanya, the Grant, Hagan, Terkper and allied families regret to announce the sudden home call of their wife, mother, sister, cousin and relative Mrs. Deborah Ferguson Terkper,” the family confirmed in a funeral flier shared by Seth Terkper on X.
“The family kindly ask everyone to keep them in their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time while respectfully observing their privacy,” it added.
Mrs. Deborah Ferguson Terkper died aged 63.
