Per the CIES Football Observatory, Ghana’s Mohammed Kudus is the 50th most valuable player in world football valued at 93.8 million euros.

Mohammed Kudus secured a 44 million euro mega move from Ajax in the Summer of 2023 to Westham United. He has been one of the best players in the last two months in England hence his value has skyrocketed.

The most valuable footballer in the world is Real Madrid’s English dynamic midfielder, Jude Bellingham, who is valued by CIES Football Observatory at 267.5 million euros. Stars like Erling Haaland, Vinicius Junior, Rodrygo Goes, Bukayo Saka, Gavi and Odegaard are all in the top 10.

However, PSG’s bonafide superstar Kylian Mbappe is not in the top 10 and is ranked 27th and valued at 106.2 million euros.

Two Africans appeared in the top 50 with Napoli and Nigeria’s 25-year-old forward, Victor Osimhen, ranked at 36 with a value of 100 million euros.

The second African on the list is Ghana’s red-hot 23-year-old forward, Mohammed Kudus. The Westham attacker is valued at 93.8 million euros.

The “Starboy” of Ghana football is expected to move many places in the CIES Football Observatory’s ranking if he keeps on his current performance.
