Mozambique has named their final 23-man squad for AFCON 2023. The list is headlined by the experienced winger Dominguez who will captain them. The 40-year-old was part of the Mozambique team that played in the 2010 AFCON.

Atletico Madrid star defender, Reinildo Mandava, is also named on the list after missing in action for the national team since June 2023.

German-born midfielder Amade and Portuguesse-born midfielder Guima are all included in coach Chiquinho Conde’s selection.

Mozambique is placed in Group B alongside Egypt, Ghana and Cape Verde.
